What Is Your Return Policy?

Return Process:

MisterJersey.com’s return process is pretty simple. Your merchandise return be must initiated within 10 calendar days from your item’s date of receipt (local purchase date or date of shipping delivery). 

Order shipped within the United States, can initiate a return at any time by submitting a request to our customer service department, via email, at customer.service@misterjersey.com. 

Return Policy:

Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels. Your returned item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed to the original form of payment.

It can take up to 10 business days for us to receive, inspect, and process your return. Once processed, your refund can take up to 10 business days to reflect on your account statement, based on how your bank processes credits. You will receive a confirmation email once this is completed.

Important Information:

  • Original shipping charges are not included in the refunded price. We do provide a return label for orders shipped within the United States. For use of this label, we’ll deduct $10.00 from the credit you’ll be receiving to cover return shipping costs. If the return is our fault, we’ll cover this charge.
  • If items are returned after our 10 calendar day return policy, we will not be able to accept your return and will donate your merchandise to a charity of our choice. A refund will not be credited to your account.
  • CUSTOMIZED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED. IF A CUSTOMIZED ITEM IS RETURNED, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCEPT THE RETURN AND WILL DONATE YOUR MERCHANDISE TO A CHARITY OF OUR CHOICE.
  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCEPTANCE, SAFEKEEPING AND/ OR RETURN OF ANY ITEMS THAT YOU SHIP TO US IN ERROR (I.E., ITEMS THAT WERE NOT PURCHASED ON OUR SITE) (“ERRONEOUS RETURN”). If we nevertheless receive and accept an Erroneous Return, we may require, in our sole discretion, that you pay a reasonable processing and shipping fee in order to cover the costs of shipping the Erroneous Return (“Return Fee”) back to you. Once received, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you and hold the Erroneous Return for a reasonable period of time not to exceed 30 days. Received Damaged or Defective Merchandise?

How Do I Return an Item Received Damaged:

We apologize if you have received a damaged or defective item and will gladly resolve this issue as soon as possible. 

Please note: All damaged/defective merchandise must be reported within 10 calendar days from your item’s date of receipt (local purchase date or date of shipping delivery). If we are notified of your damaged item(s) after this timeframe, we will be unable to process your request.

 

If you are reporting a damaged/defective item, please follow the instructions below to receive a refund or replacement:

  1. Contact us and let us know of your issue. Be sure to have your order number ready and customer service will be happy to assist you!
  2. Once you have contacted us, you can return your item. Ship your defective item back to us using the prepaid return label. By contacting us, we will be able to waive the return label fee for you.
  3. If you prefer an exchange, the item will need to be returned to us first and your exchange will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the merchandise.
  4. If you prefer a refund, the item will need to be returned to us first and your refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the merchandise.

How do I return an incorrect item?
